Using the Imagine Reign store.

Current availability

The store currently provides product previews, account access and support requests. Browsing, adding items to a cart and signing in do not create a paid order. Payments cannot be submitted in this version.

Accounts and verification

Use a Discord account you control. Your game account is linked through the official Discord Link Account panel and the Verify function in the game client. The website checks that link with the game service. Never share your game password, Discord token or verification code with another person.

Products and future checkout

Ranks and gold packs describe digital game benefits, not cash balances or investment products. Prices currently displayed in USD are preview prices. Before paid checkout opens, each offer must state its exact contents, duration, delivery conditions and final price including applicable taxes and charges. No payment may be accepted without these details.

Delivery and support

Before a purchase, confirm the destination game account. Once sales open, the order record must distinguish payment from reward delivery. A support case being marked resolved is not confirmation that gold, a rank or a refund was issued. Report missing or incorrect delivery through your account support panel.

Fair use and changes

Do not use the store to impersonate others, exploit errors or access another player's records. Store access restrictions do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Material changes to offers or policies must be dated and presented before they apply to a new order.

When something is wrong.

No payments are processed during this local pre-launch stage. The following is a draft workflow for future sales, subject to the seller's country and applicable consumer rules.

Request help

In your account, choose Order question or Withdrawal / refund request. Include the order reference and explain the issue. A saved request appears in your account with its creation date. Do not send card numbers or passwords. You can also contact marcinwolodzko00@gmail.com without signing in to Discord.

Consumer rights

Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, distance purchases generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period. An exception for immediately supplied digital content requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; merely logging in or accepting general terms does not automatically waive that right. Defective or undelivered content may give rise to separate remedies.

Review and reimbursement

The seller must assess requests against the applicable law and the actual payment and delivery record. The final policy must specify the required deadlines and reimbursement process. There is no blanket “all sales final” rule in this draft. Marking a support request resolved does not itself execute a reimbursement.

Reference: EU distance-selling guidance. Country-specific rules and the classification of the actual product still require review.

03 / PRIVACY & COOKIES

Your account information.

What this version processes

• Discord user ID and display name obtained with the identify permission. We do not request your email, friend list or messages.
• Game account name, supporter rank, link date and restriction status returned by the private game service.
• Existing order references, products and delivery statuses associated with your Discord ID.
• Support messages, staff replies and operational audit records.
• A random session cookie and a short-lived OAuth security cookie. No advertising or analytics cookies are included.

Purpose and access

Identity and account information are used to authenticate you, display your records and respond to your requests. Staff access is restricted to explicitly configured administrators. Discord handles its own authentication service. A future payment provider and hosting or backup providers must be identified here before production use.

Storage and retention

Website sessions expire after 12 hours; OAuth state expires after 10 minutes. The application does not store Discord access or refresh tokens. Profiles, support cases and audit entries currently remain in the local store database until handled by the operator. Production retention periods, legal bases and any international transfer safeguards must be specified before launch.

Your choices

You can sign out, remove the application's authorization in Discord, export the records available through your account and submit a privacy request in the support panel. Export availability depends on the order service being reachable. Revoking Discord authorization does not automatically delete existing records; contact the operator to request deletion or correction. Applicable legal retention duties and third-party data may limit what can be removed.

This draft must be completed with the controller's postal address, lawful bases, recipients, retention schedule and applicable rights before public processing starts.
